Our company is here to serve, control and manage all environments and safety related issues. Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) are rules, guidance and processes designed to help protect employees, the public and the environment from harm. Our organisation it’s taking the responsibilities for designing and implementing appropriate procedures to prevent incidents or accidents that might result from abnormal operating conditions.
From a health & safety standpoint, it involves creating organized efforts and procedures for identifying workplace hazards and reducing accidents and exposure to harmful situations and substances. It also includes training of people involved at the workplace in accident prevention, accident response, emergency preparedness, and use of protective equipment. From an environmental standpoint, it involves creating a systematic approach to complying with environmental regulations, such as managing waste or air emissions all the way to reduce the carbon footprint.
Failure to do so may result in an unhealthy state of the organisation, workers' sickness, injuries, loss of business name, prosecution and insurance claims by employees. The confidence of business customers and investors can also be affected and disturbed by the unfavourable publicity of security issues.
